Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from PLAN B Transport. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as per the invoice terms provided
• Corporate accounts may be available for regular clients
• Late payments may incur additional charges

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

• Follow all instructions from the driver
• Wear seatbelts where provided
• Not consume alcohol on the bus unless pre-arranged
• Not smoke on the bus
• Not damage or deface the vehicle

The hirer is responsible for any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle.

5. Luggage and Personal Items

PLAN B Transport is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left on the bus. Passengers are advised to check for their belongings before disembarking.

6. Delays and Route Changes

While we strive to maintain schedules, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Safety and Compliance

All our vehicles are regularly maintained and comply with Australian safety standards. Our drivers hold appropriate licenses and, where required, Working With Children Check certifications.

8. Liability

PLAN B Transport's liability is limited to the value of the services booked. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Amendments

Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and potential price adjustments.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
